There is a new community coming to the Glen, and Chicago real estate agents can be the first to learn all the details.
Regency at The Glen is a new development slated for Glenview, and Pulte Homes is hosting a VIP Realtor Preview Event to discuss the details with local agents before they are released to the public.
The event, set for Wednesday, April 18 at The Glen Club, will unveil final pricing, option selections, the community plat map and homesite release to participating agents, who can enjoy wine and hors d?oeurves as they learn about the new homes.
Agents will also have a chance to pre-register clients after the presentation.
Doors open at 5:30 p.m. and the presentation will take place at 6 p.m. Interested agents should RSVP by Monday, April 8.
