Script roleplaying is usually done over Skype (out of my experiences) and is in the format off: "*"character name"*: *dialogue*" with actions in asterisks; it is very informal.

Thank you! I was looking at the roleplays here and found some interesting ones, but I didnt know how to go around asking to join...^^;
