In either case,?that's?not even the point. ?The point is a?Realtor?did not fulfill on what was promised to a client.

But I agree that nothing can be done unless there was something in writing. I'm about to get a rebate because I'm building a new home and just need a realtor to get most of the 3% back. ?But I made the realitor sign a contract to rebate it in the closing so I dont end up in the same boat as the poster. ?I did all the work (met with builder, lender, etc.) so the realitor got $1K just for using thier license. ?Easy 1K. ?So there are legit reasons why realitors rebate. ?
